OUR HISTORY
Namtaş Beton Makinaları San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. specializes in designing, manufacturing, commissioning and servicing equipment for concrete products industry, which includes automatic concrete products machines, product handling systems, moulds and special-purpose batching plants. Six decades of experience, constant quality control, fast technical support and R&D projects contribute to Namtaş’ s flawless reputation in Turkey and abroad.
1952 – FOUNDING
The first manual machine for the production of concrete blocks was established by Suleyman onusluel which was considered the main basis for production in the company. We have always adhered to the values left by Suleyman Onusluel who has demonstrated to us that all difficulties and challenges can be overcome with determination and persistency, as the second and third generation, we are still following his approach.
1953 - THE FIRST MECHANICAL MACHINE PRINTS BLOCKS ON THE FLOR
To meet the demand in the construction sector during this period, we were able to make the first mechanical concrete block machine. Designed according to the conditions of this period, this machine has become a widespread,practical and economical alternative among building material manufacturers.
1965 - SINGLE SHAFT MIXER
It is one of the first mixers that have been developed to meet the need to mix concrete.
1972 – PUMICE CRUSHER
Crusher for porous inert materials (pumice, expanded clay) is designed to grind the material to the required size.
1975 – MOBILE BLOCK MACHINE
With the issuance of the first mobile machine , the production capacity has increased, thus developing the principle of mobile machine work by printing on the ground.
1979 – AUTOMATIC MOBILE MACHINE
By making various investments in mobile machines and stationary block production machines, they have been developed to obtain an hardware of equipment.
1980 - PAN SYSTEM CONCRETE BLOCK MACHINES – 250TL.SINGLE SHAFT MIXER
The first pan system concrete block machine was issued by us in 1970. Thanks to the pan system of this machine, it was able to produce products with transverse cavities. The pan system machine is operated with a single shaft mixer in capacity of 250 liters.
1990 - NH-310 CONCRETE BLOCK MACHINE – MANUEL SINGLE SHAFT MIXER
This machine, which s still operating in various facilities, you will find samples of it today in the market meeting the needs of small enterprises under new version called NH-20
1993 – CHANGE IN THE COMPANY TITLE AND START MAKING THE FIRST AUTOMATIC INTERLOCK MACHINE WITH A CAPACITY OF 20 PIECES PER PRESS
The early nineties are one of the important transformation periodes of our company. After the loss of our founder Suleyman Onusluel in 1989, our workshop was moved from Alsancak to our current location. In the year 1993 in our new factory and under the name of Namtash, great progress was made in designing and manufacturing complex plants and automatic iterlock machines.
1997- THE FIRST EXPORTED CONCRETE BLOCK MACHINE - CYPRUS
Our first exports began with the concrete block mold to Cyprus in 1996, to continue with the export of concrete pipe and block machines in 1997.
1999 - THE FIRST BLOCK MAKING PLANT IN KAZAKHSTAN-ALMATY
NS-20 was the first automatic machines with concrete batching plant to be established in Kazakhstan in 1999.
2016 - NS-36 THE FIRST AUTOMATIC MACHINE WITH BATCHING PLANT TO BE EXPORTED TO USA.
2019 - OUR SECOND EXPORT TO USA WITH NS-36 CONCRETE BLOCK MACHINE CONCRETE PLANT
