PRODUCTS

The pallets are stacked into steel racks (by customer) 12-16 storeys high. The rack is then transported by a forklift or a crane to any available area for curing. It is required to have at least 1.200 pallets in order to achieve a non-stop production cycle during 8-hour work shift. 

Production line is custom-designed; its units are tailored specifically to a particular project, taking into consideration operating and environment conditions, as well as customer’s demands. Depending on the installation site the units of the line can be arranged length- or widthwise (U shape). All equipment is fitted with necessary safety barriers, switches and doors.
