Legged production pallets made of steel, composite, plastic or wood, are used in this system. The height of pallets’ legs can vary from 100 mm to 320 mm according to the height of the product. These pallets allow stacking pallets one on top of the other so that there is no need to install expensive custom-made racks in curing chambers. Stacked pallets can be safely and easily transported by a forklift to any available area for curing. It is advised to have at least 1.200 pallets in order to achieve a non-stop production cycle during 8-hour work shift. 

Production line is custom-designed; its units are tailored specifically to a particular project, taking into consideration operating and environment conditions, as well as customer’s demands. Depending on the installation site the units of the line can be arranged length- or widthwise (U shape). All equipment is fitted with necessary safety barriers, switches and doors.
